Crispy Homemade Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • evoo, salt, pepper & garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Cut 2 russet potatoes into wedges

  2. I keep skin on for extra crisp

  3. Place fries into pot of water, add 1 tbsp baking soda

  4. Let boil for 10 mins or till the fries become a little soft

  5. Drain and rinse fries

  6. Place onto baking sheet, drizzle evoo, salt, pepper & garlic powder

  7. Bake at 425f for 40-60 minutes depending how crisp you want them!

  8. The baking soda helps get the fries extra crispy, leaving the skin on helps as well! boiling them helps get the fries fluffy inside while being crisp still!
