Dalgona Matcha

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of hot water
  • 1 tsp of matcha
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

  1. Whisk the hot water and sugar together

  2. Whisk the egg white, then add the water/sugar mixture

  3. Add the tsp of matcha and whisk until the matcha is well delivered in the egg white

  4. Serve a glass of milk with ice cubes. And put the mousse on top
