Homemade Vegan Dark Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup @navitasnaturals cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Optional toppings
- peanut butter
- @dangfoods coconut chips
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in your blender.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
Top with optional peanut butter, @dangfoods coconut chips, cacao nibs, or whatever your heart desires.
