Easiest Dreamiest Chocolate Dessert
Ingredients
- 6oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup packed (~12 or 200g) pitted medjool dates
Preparation
Melt chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler
Blend the almond milk and dates until smooth
Slowly stream in the melted chocolate
Pour into small bowls or jars
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
Top with cacao nibs and enjoy
Keep leftovers in the fridge
