Easiest Dreamiest Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

  • 6oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup packed (~12 or 200g) pitted medjool dates

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler

  2. Blend the almond milk and dates until smooth

  3. Slowly stream in the melted chocolate

  4. Pour into small bowls or jars

  5. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)

  6. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy

  7. Keep leftovers in the fridge
