French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bread slices (use your favourite bread)
  • - 2 eggs
  • - coconut oil or other
  • - banana & peach slices

Preparation

  1. Preparation: Beat the eggs into a shallow bowl

  2. Then put both sides of the bread slices into it, so that they are well covered

  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil if you want and bake/fry the French toast on both sides

  4. When they are ready, slice them and arrange them onto your plate

  5. Bake/fry the fruit slices in the pan, so that they caramelise slightly

  6. Then put them on top of your toasts
