Healthy Vegetarian Omelette Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- half a vegetable oxo cube
- tomatoes
- spinach
- 2 Quorn sausages
- 1 tablespoon Heinz reduced salt and sugar
- 1 orange
- green tea
Preparation
Cook the Quorn sausages according to package instructions
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the crumbled vegetable oxo cube, chopped tomatoes, and spinach
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture
Cook the omelette until set, folding if desired
Serve the omelette with the cooked sausages, fresh orange, and brewed green tea
