Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte


  • 16 ounces hot (or iced) coffee
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • dash of ground nutmeg, for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, starting with 1 teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice, and blend on high until will incorporated

  2. Taste and add more pumpkin pie spice if desired, and pulse to combine

  3. Serve in coffee cups

  4. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg, if desired
