Mijk- Free Blender Crepes

Ingredients

  • • 1 banana ( mashed it you're not using a blender)
  • • 1 +1/8 -1/4 cup water ( depends on how thin) • 1/2 cup rolled oats/ oat flour ( GF oats if you want to GF. Duh)
  • • 1/2 cup brown rice/buckwheat flour
  • • 1 tsp baking powder
  • • pinch of salt
  • • 1tsp sweetner ( xylitol)
  • • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. TOPPINGS

  2. Strawberries

  3. Toasted coconut

  4. Cashew butter drizzle ( 1 tbsp cashew butter @ohmega_nutbutters + 1 tsp syrup + 2-3 tbsp water/ almond milk ... micro and mix until smooth)

  5. Chocolate Protein Hummus ( in my feed just added 1 scoop chocolate pea protein)

  6. Sugar-free choc pieces

  7. Blend everything together. Try and add flour without missing the blender unlike me

  8. Should be thin , if not add another 1/8 cup water. Oil/ spray non-stickpan over medium-high heat
