Pancake

Ingredients

  • I used 60g buckwheat flour (you can use any flour equivalent)
  • 30g vanilla vegan protein
  • 50g banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • loads of cinnamon ? 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar and baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whizzed up all in the blender! Cut the apple ?into slices and extracted the core of each slice using an olive oil bottle lid

  2. Dipped the apples in the pancake batter, placed on the frying pan (lightly greased and wiped off excess by coconut oil) and voilà ????obviously topped with @pbfit

  3. Official and frozen berries
