Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tbs peanut butter (i used @macr0mike pb+)
  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vegan gelatine (@queenfinefoods from woolies)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a saucepan and stir until combined

  2. Turn on heat and gradually bring to boil

  3. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes

  4. Pour into a small bowl/mould and leave in the fridge for a few hours until set (ideally overnight)

  5. Decorate with all the yummy toppings! (i did more @macr0mike peanut butter - d/c “amb-han”, cacao nibs and granola from @plantlifefoodco)
