Peanut Butter Pudding
Ingredients
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 tbs peanut butter (i used @macr0mike pb+)
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vegan gelatine (@queenfinefoods from woolies)
Preparation
Add ingredients to a saucepan and stir until combined
Turn on heat and gradually bring to boil
Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes
Pour into a small bowl/mould and leave in the fridge for a few hours until set (ideally overnight)
Decorate with all the yummy toppings! (i did more @macr0mike peanut butter - d/c “amb-han”, cacao nibs and granola from @plantlifefoodco)
