Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup medium/hot water
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Slice red onions thin, use mandoline if you have

  2. Squish all the onions into the mason jar

  3. Pour ingredients over top and shake the mason jar till it’s all well combined

  4. Keep in fridge covered for an hour before use and they are good for 3 weeks
