Proteinpancakes
Ingredients
- 2 ounces plain flour
- 1 egg
- 10g soya protein powder
- And milk up to the 275ml line (1/4 pint)
Preparation
This mixture serves 2
Use a non-stick pan and a little unsalted butter for frying
Fry the mix for 2 mins before flipping and then... Enjoy them with your favourite #pancaketoppings
