Proteinpancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 10g soya protein powder
  • And milk up to the 275ml line (1/4 pint)

Preparation

  1. This mixture serves 2

  2. Use a non-stick pan and a little unsalted butter for frying

  3. Fry the mix for 2 mins before flipping and then... Enjoy them with your favourite #pancaketoppings
