Pumpkin Truffle

Ingredients

  • 40g of coconut butter
  • 40g of almond butter
  • 25g of protein powder
  • 50g of pumpkin puree
  • 1tbsp of Xylit
  • 1tbsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1tbsp of coconut flour
  • 50g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp of coconut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together, form little balls, melt chocolate together with coconut butter and dip balls in it

  2. Put into the fridge until cold
