Pumpkin Truffle
Ingredients
- 40g of coconut butter
- 40g of almond butter
- 25g of protein powder
- 50g of pumpkin puree
- 1tbsp of Xylit
- 1tbsp of pumpkin spice
- 1tbsp of coconut flour
- 50g of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp of coconut butter
Preparation
Blend everything together, form little balls, melt chocolate together with coconut butter and dip balls in it
Put into the fridge until cold
