Roasted Rosemary Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls raw walnuts
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp sea salt (or more)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add nut mixture & cook for 3-4 minutes (or more), tossing often to ensure even 'roasting'

  3. Remove from the heat. When cool, store in airtight container or enjoy right away!! (Be warned, they're addictive
