Roasted Rosemary Walnuts
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls raw walnuts
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt (or more)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add nut mixture & cook for 3-4 minutes (or more), tossing often to ensure even 'roasting'
Remove from the heat. When cool, store in airtight container or enjoy right away!! (Be warned, they're addictive
