Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 orange and 1 cup of cashew nuts

Preparation

  1. I used about 1/2 pineapple, 1 orange and 1 cup of cashew nuts in this smoothie which gave me 2 portions

  2. I shared this with my daughter, who is deep in her mock GCSE exams

  3. So she needs a lot of nutrients these days, to keep her mind focused and keep her stress levels low
