  • 4 eggs or 1 pack silken tofu for vegan
  • 1tspn chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup 15min mom pesto
  • 1/4 cup chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspn chilli flakes
  • a few spray of butter - perfect low cal option
  • 4 chia seed wraps
  • optional cheese - i used protein cheese
