- 1tspn chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup 15min mom pesto
- 1/4 cup chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tspn chilli flakes
- a few spray of butter - perfect low cal option
- 4 chia seed wraps
- optional cheese - i used protein cheese
