Carrot Sesame Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy yogurt ( or other) ⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp tahini ( sesame paste)⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp agave or rice syrup⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp garden herbs (frozen, chopped) or fresh herbs⠀⠀⠀
  • salt and pepper optional: a dash of fresh lemon juice⠀
  • optional: 1/2 locust bean flour ( makes it thicker)⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to a cream dip. Season with salt and pepper and serve with bread, fries, potatoes and more
