Chips of Kale
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of organic kale
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180°c
Wash and dry the kale leaves using a spinner
Cut the kale stems and lay the kale leaves in an oven rack
Sprinkle some nutritional yeast to taste
Cook the kale leaves for about 10 minutes until they are dry and crunchy
