Favorite Things to Meal Prep Is Bacon Brussels Sprouts


  • •1 bag brussels sprouts •
  • •4 slices bacon
  • •1 Tablespoon fat (I use bacon fat) •
  • •Balsamic vinegar, to drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment

  2. Cut the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and then cut in half. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place both the bacon and the brussels sprouts on the baking sheets and toss with fat

  3. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Once roasted, drizzle with balsamic vinegar to taste. Enjoy! -Ellie (@pamperedpaleo)
