Gorgeous Golden Salad Dressing with Turmeric
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 garlic clove
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
Preparation
Soak the cashews in water for a couple of hours.
Roast the garlic clove in the oven, for example, while roasting vegetables for your salad.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If needed, add a touch more liquid to achieve the desired consistency.
