Gorgeous Golden Salad Dressing with Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 garlic clove
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in water for a couple of hours.

  2. Roast the garlic clove in the oven, for example, while roasting vegetables for your salad.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. If needed, add a touch more liquid to achieve the desired consistency.
