No Mess Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gf oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar @bobsredmill
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 medium-size ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond milk • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3. blend the mixture until you get a silky smooth batter. (30 sec).
  • 4. once done, fill 3/4 of the muffin cups with batter.
  • 5. bake for 25-30 min (or until the toothpick comes out clean).
  • 6. let the muffins cool for 10 min before transferring them to a wire rack.

  3. Blend the mixture until you get a silky smooth batter. (30 sec)

  4. Once done, fill 3/4 of the muffin cups with batter

  5. Bake for 25-30 min (or until the toothpick comes out clean)

  6. Let the muffins cool for 10 min before transferring them to a wire rack
