Vegan Gluten-Free No Mess Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF oat flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 medium-size ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 ºF and line your muffin pan.
Blend the dry ingredients in a high-speed blender. Then add the wet ingredients.
Blend the mixture until you get a silky smooth batter. (30 sec).
Once done, fill 3/4 of the muffin cups with batter.
Bake for 25-30 min (or until the toothpick comes out clean).
Let the muffins cool for 10 min before transferring them to a wire rack.
Note: Bananas are added to make the muffins more wholesome.
