No Mess Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup gf oat flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar @bobsredmill
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 medium-size ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk • 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3. blend the mixture until you get a silky smooth batter. (30 sec).
- 4. once done, fill 3/4 of the muffin cups with batter.
- 5. bake for 25-30 min (or until the toothpick comes out clean).
- 6. let the muffins cool for 10 min before transferring them to a wire rack.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 ºf and line your muffin pan
Blend the dry ingredients in a high-speed blender. Then add the wet ingredients
Blend the mixture until you get a silky smooth batter. (30 sec)
Once done, fill 3/4 of the muffin cups with batter
Bake for 25-30 min (or until the toothpick comes out clean)
Let the muffins cool for 10 min before transferring them to a wire rack
