Vegan Oatmeal with Banana and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 70ml water
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 smashed banana
  • agave syrup
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

Toppings

  • banana
  • blueberries
  • a piece of 70% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, coconut milk, smashed banana, agave syrup, and flaxseeds in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Top with banana slices, blueberries, and dark chocolate
