Vegan Oatmeal with Banana and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 70ml water
- 120ml coconut milk
- 1/2 smashed banana
- agave syrup
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
Toppings
- banana
- blueberries
- a piece of 70% dark chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, water, coconut milk, smashed banana, agave syrup, and flaxseeds in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Top with banana slices, blueberries, and dark chocolate
