Potatoes and Paneer

Ingredients

  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and then mash it with paneer and add spices as follows

  2. Mash it until all the spices mix with potatoes and paneer

  3. Take the wheatflour to dough

  4. Fill the mash in dough and make the round chapatti

  5. Take flat fry pan and make coating it with oil

  6. Cook until it get black patches
