Sourdough Toast with Sweet and Savory Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 slices Trader Joe's sourdough bread
- Vegan pesto
- Mushrooms
- 1/4 avocado
- Peanut butter
- Cinnamon
- Strawberries
Preparation
Toast the sourdough bread twice to thaw and make it crunchy.
Sauté the mushrooms until tender
Slice the avocado and strawberries
Mix peanut butter with cinnamon
