Spicy Chickpea Tuna Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tsp paprika powder or chili powder/sriracha (adjust according to desired spice)
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Preparation
Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a food processor.
Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Enjoy with some tortilla wraps or bread and add in veggies of your choice.
Assembly
Spread the mixture on a tortilla, add greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pickled radish, and smoky bacon sauce, then roll up.
