Spicy Chickpea Tuna Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup tofu ranch dressing (recipe in my blog) or vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika powder or chili powder/sriracha (adjust according to desired spice)
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard/regular mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Mash the chickpeas using a fork or quickly process it in a food processor.

  2. Add all the ingredients and mix in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. Enjoy with some tortilla wraps or bread and add in veggies of your choice.

Assembly

  1. Spread the mixture on a tortilla, add greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pickled radish, and smoky bacon sauce, then roll up.
