Vegan Mock Tuna Chickpea Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 green onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 medium sized garlic dill pickle
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 2 tsp sriracha
- Pinch salt
- cracked black pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
Adjust texture by pulsing to keep chunky or puree until smooth, depending on preference.
