Vegan Chickpea Tuna Mayo with Sweetcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 3 big tablespoons vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp nooch
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, transfer into a bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
