Vegan Chickpea Tuna Mayo with Sweetcorn
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 100g sweetcorn
- 3 big tablespoons vegan mayo
- 1 tsp nooch
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, transfer into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
