Oven-Roasted Garlicky Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 3 tbsp nooch
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley to garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Dice baby potatoes into quarter pieces. If they are small enough you can cut in half

  2. Throw them into large mixing bowl and add olive oil. Mix well until they are all evenly coated

  3. Add nooch, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss them a bit more until evenly coated with seasonings

  4. Place on baking sheet and make sure they spread out enough so they are not touching

  5. Bake at 400° F for 25-35 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Once ready, take out and garnish with fresh parsley
