Sticky and Saucy, Maple Sriracha Tofu with Brown Rice Ramen and Purple Sprouting Broccoli

Ingredients

  • - 2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)⠀
  • - 2 tbsp sriracha⠀
  • - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀
  • - 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil⠀
  • - 1/2 tsp garlic paste (optional)⠀
  • - 3 tbsp water⠀
  • - cornstarch slurry (mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 tbsp water, then add to sauce) ⠀

Preparation

  1. Tip: play around with quantities to get the sauce exactly to your liking! some prefer a sauce that’s sweeter, saltier, more sour, etc. ? ⠀
