Sticky and Saucy, Maple Sriracha Tofu with Brown Rice Ramen and Purple Sprouting Broccoli
Ingredients
- - 2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)⠀
- - 2 tbsp sriracha⠀
- - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀
- - 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil⠀
- - 1/2 tsp garlic paste (optional)⠀
- - 3 tbsp water⠀
- - cornstarch slurry (mix 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 tbsp water, then add to sauce) ⠀
Preparation
Tip: play around with quantities to get the sauce exactly to your liking! some prefer a sauce that’s sweeter, saltier, more sour, etc. ? ⠀
