Citrus Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 scallion minced
  • 1/8 cup water ?

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, then set aside for at least 10-15 minutes before use

  2. Use sauce to pour over noodles or tofu

  3. Store any extra in the fridge for use in other meals
