These Basil and Broccoli Chickpea Breadsticks Are a Great Protein Packed Snack

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • handful chopped basil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped or grated

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200c

  2. Whisk together the water and gram flour so that there are no lumps

  3. Add the garlic powder, basil and broccoli

  4. Pour the mix into a lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 mins
