Roasted Broccoli with Pine Nuts and Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- broccoli
- oil
- amine flavour seasoning
- pine nuts
Tahini dressing
- tahini (1 tablespoon)
- salt
- garlic powder
- water
Preparation
Roast broccoli in oil with seasoning for about 10 minutes until softened and charred.
Toast pine nuts.
Mix tahini with salt, garlic powder, and water to thin and make the dressing.
Top the roasted broccoli with toasted pine nuts and tahini dressing.
