This Morning’s Breakfast Is a Combination of Eggs, a Little Bacon and Some Veggies


  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  • 2. Wrap a piece of bacon around the outer perimeter of the muffin tin
  • 3. Crack an egg and gently place in the muffin tin. Sprinkle with herbs, chopped green onion or sautéed onions
  • 4. Slide in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until egg whites firm up
  • Then, feast! Happy Monday
