Vegan Hummus Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • -1/3 cup tahini(sesame seed paste)
  • -2–4 tablespoons cold water, or more if needed
  • -2 tablespoons olive oil
  • -1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • -3/4 teaspoon salt
  • -2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
  • - Juice of 1 lemon (2-3 tablespoons)
  • -1.5 Cups boiled chickpeas( rinsed and drained)

Preparation

  1. Just boil the spaghetti and mix it with hummus
