5 Min Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup of frozen berries (mixed)
  • 3 tbsp of almond or coconut milk (keep some extra on hand if needed)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • toppings:
  • mango pieces
  • almonds
  • berries (goji berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • granola or coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia/hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add banana, frozen berries, coconut/almond milk and protein powder (optional) to blender, until the mixture has a soft and smooth consistency

  2. Scoop in serving bowls and add toppings of your choice! feel free to explore some options until you find your ideal choice
