5 Min Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana (frozen)
- 1 cup of frozen berries (mixed)
- 3 tbsp of almond or coconut milk (keep some extra on hand if needed)
- 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (optional)
- toppings:
- mango pieces
- almonds
- berries (goji berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- granola or coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia/hemp seeds
Preparation
Add banana, frozen berries, coconut/almond milk and protein powder (optional) to blender, until the mixture has a soft and smooth consistency
Scoop in serving bowls and add toppings of your choice! feel free to explore some options until you find your ideal choice
