Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small apple cut in chunks
  • protein powder
  • 1/3 cup of roasted sweet potatoes
  • cinnamon
  • vainilla
  • 1 date
  • flaxseeds
  • about 10 almonds
  • unsweetened pea milk and ice

Preparation

  1. Blend it all up ! It'll be really thick and smooth

  2. For toppings : sliced very thinly the other half of the apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar and place in the microwave for 20 sec ( I am already thinking of a dessert ) 1/3 cup of @purely_elizabeth GF granola
