Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 small apple cut in chunks
- protein powder
- 1/3 cup of roasted sweet potatoes
- cinnamon
- vainilla
- 1 date
- flaxseeds
- about 10 almonds
- unsweetened pea milk and ice
Preparation
Blend it all up ! It'll be really thick and smooth
For toppings : sliced very thinly the other half of the apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar and place in the microwave for 20 sec ( I am already thinking of a dessert ) 1/3 cup of @purely_elizabeth GF granola
