Banana Peanut Butter Oats


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • salt to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to sauce pan, stir to combine and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes. I sautéed some diced apples until they were softened in cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup and a pinch of salt then added on top of the oats

  2. For the apples, just chop one apple into cubes. Place in a pan with 2 tsp maple syrup, pinch of salt and pinch of cinnamon. Stir and sauté on low heat until maple syrup coats apples and apples slightly soften and brown
