Carom and Mint Leaf Chutney

Ingredients

  • carom leaves
  • mint leaves
  • olive oil
  • cumin
  • mustard
  • green chilies
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop both carom and mint leaves.

  2. In a pan, add olive oil; after oil heats up, add cumin, mustard, and green chilies.

  3. Add the chopped leaves and sauté for 3-5 minutes.

  4. After the mixture cools down, blend it in a blender.

  5. Add salt for taste.
