Carom and Mint Leaf Chutney
Ingredients
- carom leaves
- mint leaves
- olive oil
- cumin
- mustard
- green chilies
- salt
Preparation
Wash and chop both carom and mint leaves.
In a pan, add olive oil; after oil heats up, add cumin, mustard, and green chilies.
Add the chopped leaves and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
After the mixture cools down, blend it in a blender.
Add salt for taste.
