Egg White Bites
Ingredients
- Preheat Oven to 375
- 1. Separate egg whites or buy organic egg whites in a carton
- 2. Briefly sauté favorite veggies (shown here spinach, peppers and onions)
- 3. Lightly coat muffin tins with favorite olive oil, pour veggies and egg whites about 3/4 full
- 4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, when done, remove from muffin tray and let cool on baking rack
- Enjoy your muscle building bites
