Egg White Bites

Ingredients

  • Preheat Oven to 375
  • 1. Separate egg whites or buy organic egg whites in a carton
  • 2. Briefly sauté favorite veggies (shown here spinach, peppers and onions)
  • 3. Lightly coat muffin tins with favorite olive oil, pour veggies and egg whites about 3/4 full
  • 4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, when done, remove from muffin tray and let cool on baking rack
  • Enjoy your muscle building bites
