Easy and Nutritious Fig Bars
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons tahini
- 5 tablespoons agave nectar
- a couple of pinches of salt
- 10 small figs
- 2 cups crushed walnuts
- 1 cup crushed kamut puffs
- 1/2 cup teff flour
- optional: up to 2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, adding a little water if needed to make mixing easier.
Preheat the iron sheet or baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
