Fluffy Banana Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cassava flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Mash the ripe banana.

  2. Mix all ingredients together to form a batter

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil

  4. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side

  5. Serve the pancakes warm
