Loaded Almond Flour Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp baking soda
Toppings
- Banana, blueberries, and vegan yogurt
- Hemp seeds
- Strawberries and melted chocolate
- Banana, nut butter, and protein bar chunks
Preparation
Mix almond flour, cassava flour, and baking soda in a bowl.
Mash the banana and combine with nut milk and coconut oil.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
Heat a waffle iron and cook the batter until golden brown.
Add desired toppings and serve.
