Loaded Almond Flour Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cassava flour
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Toppings

  • Banana, blueberries, and vegan yogurt
  • Hemp seeds
  • Strawberries and melted chocolate
  • Banana, nut butter, and protein bar chunks

Preparation

  1. Mix almond flour, cassava flour, and baking soda in a bowl.

  2. Mash the banana and combine with nut milk and coconut oil.

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.

  4. Heat a waffle iron and cook the batter until golden brown.

  5. Add desired toppings and serve.
