Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk (can omit)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cassava flour or 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • cinnamon
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes or until browned
