Blueberry Superseed Vegan Gluten-Free Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk (can omit)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup cassava flour or 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- cinnamon
- sea salt
Preparation
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes or until browned
