Banana Bread Raspberry Chia Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 flax eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Collagen or protein
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple or blackstrap
- 2/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix well.
Transfer to lined muffin tray.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
