Banana Bread Raspberry Chia Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Collagen or protein
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple or blackstrap
  • 2/3 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix well.

  2. Transfer to lined muffin tray.

  3. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
