Oreo Chunk Cookies (Gluten Free & Vegan)
Ingredients
- • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- • 1 tbsp coconut flour
- • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- • 1 tsp baking soda
- • 1/3 cup creamy cashew butter
- • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- • 1/4 cup coconut oil
- • 1 flax egg
- • 1 tsp vanilla
- • pinch of salt
- • 8 gluten free oreos broken up
Preparation
Preheat oven 350F - line baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then bring together
Fold in the oreos
Scoop out about 10-12 cookies and bake for 15 minutes! ENJOY
