Grain-Free Vegan Crack Blondies
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Wet
- 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxmeal and 3 tablespoons water)
- 1/2 cup raw creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Prep your flax egg and preheat the oven to 350°F first.
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and the wet ingredients in a medium bowl, then slowly combine the dry into the wet to make the batter.
Add the batter to an 8x8 pan and bake for 32 minutes. Cool down for at least 10 minutes before cutting into them.
