Fresh Chickpea Salad with Lime and Spices
Ingredients
- chickpeas
- coriander
- cucumber
- onion
- garlic
- lime juice
- cumin
- crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- salt (optional)
Preparation
Rinse and drain the chickpeas well.
Chop coriander, cucumber, and onion finely and add to the chickpeas.
Chop garlic finely and add to a bowl. Add lime juice, cumin, crushed red pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional), and salt (optional); mix well. Then add this dressing to the chickpea salad and mix all together.
