Frothy Coffee

Ingredients

  • to make this I put 2x tsp of coffee in my cup
  • 1 tsp of then about two tbsp of hot water and give it a good mix! Meanwhile pop your milk into a tight container or something that is tightly sealed that can go in the microwave. I had a small snack box tub. Shake the milk in the tub as much as you can for 30 seconds then once it’s all frothy pop in micro quickly for 50/60secs. Then take out and it will be all frothy. Then just pour into your cup ?. This works better with skimmed milk and apparently doesn’t work so well with full fat milk (which is good for us .. right ?. •I only used golden syrup because I don’t have any sugar free syrup and I think it works better than sugar. •lotus biscuit was 2 syns
