Miso Broth
Ingredients
- Half stalk lemon grass cut in half and chopped
- >2 tbsp fresh ginger cut into small chunk >2 large cloves of garlic smashed and cut into same size >Sauté with 4 black peppercorns >2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Half onion medium diced
- >Half red bell pepper medium diced. Sauté for a few mins and then add the >Handful of ripe cherry tomatoes
- >Salt and pepper
- 1qt of hot water >1/2 tbsp Better than Bullion >Other half of lemon grass jus cut in half to expose and smashed. >1 tbsp miso paste
- >1&1/ tbsp brown sugar
- >About 1/2 tbsp sesame oil >1 tbsp peanut butter >About 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
Cook all these together in a pan with some oil
Aste and add salt and pepper
Add this to your vegetables and bring to a boil
As soon as it boils slow it down to a very low temp for about 10 mins
This gives you time to cook the pasta and drain them
Garnish with chopped cilantro, scallions, and thinly sliced ginger lemon juice >>Tofu is seasoned with curry powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper coated in oil abs marinated for 20 mins
And then fried up in a pan til crispy
