Ingredients

  • Second time this week I’ve made my oats on the stove instead of the microwave, so much thicker and tastier this way! I think I’ll start carving out more time in the mornings to make it this way. Here’s how I made these cinnamon apple oats
  • 1 cup almond milk brought to a boil with 1/2 of a chopped apple, cinnamon, ground flax, and chia seeds. Once it was boiling I added around 1/2 cup of oats and stirred. Since these are quick oats it didn’t take too long! I topped it with the other half of the apple (raw), more cinnamon, and peanut butter
